Serving is a primary thread of the way we do ministry at Fellowship. We see service opportunities not only on campus, but also in our local communities. You can serve these organizations as individuals or it is a great way for a community group, discipleship groups or several families to serve together.
Opportunities to serve in the local community:
- The Samaritan Community Center:
At Samaritan Community Center, we are called by Scriptures to care for those in need throughout our community and to share Hope in what is often a dark world. We choose to do this by providing a loving environment in which every person who enters our doors is treated with dignity and respect.
- Loving Choices:
Loving Choices provides free and confidential services to help with pregnancy and other reproductive health issues including pregnancy tests, ultrasounds, STD testing and abortion information.
- New Life Ranch:
New Life Ranch offers a range of programming and services to youth, families, schools, organizations, and churches.
- Community Kids Closet:
Community Kids' Closet (CKC) helps provide new clothes and shoes to the underprivileged school children of Northwest Arkansas. Contact Jodie Clements for more information at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Laundry Love:
Laundry Love seeks to bring economic relief by giving the individual or family the option to redirect funds toward food, medical, gas or transportation costs as well as school supplies and other basic, everyday necessities.
- 99 Balloons:
Building inclusive communities so that every person with disability and their family can live a full life within relationships and changing the story of disability by proclaiming the worth and image-bearing beauty of each and every human being.
- The Cobblestone Farm:
The Cobblestone Farm is designed to use agriculture to help the under-resourced in our community by focusing on five strategic pillars to include: Hunger Relief, Education, Economic Development, Community and Sustainability.
- The Salvation Army:
The Salvation Army of NW Arkansas is committed to breaking the cycle of entitlement that has crippled and destroyed generations of families in our communities. We will offer a hand up to those willing to grow and change toward a better life. We are committed to educating, inspiring, and ministering to this generation as we empower people to build lives of purpose
