Care Center Billing Administrator

Campus: Rogers

Purpose: To manage the billing processes of the Counseling and Care Center to assist in meeting the needs of Fellowship Bible Church and the community. 

Hours: 40/week, Monday-Friday

Leadership Responsibilities (previous experience preferred)

  • Determining insurance coverage and eligibility, preparing and submitting claims to insurance, accounts receivable follow-up, and providing excellent client account customer service
  • Processing medical claims, ensuring accurate and timely billing, and maintaining compliance with all regulations
  • Prepares and submits insurance claims
  • Analyzes rejected claims, corrects errors, and resubmits claims to payer for payment
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to improve billing processes
  • Maintain accurate records of billing activities
  • Updates information in software on patient accounts when new information comes available
  • Posts reimbursements in conjunction with accounting in software as received
  • Analyzes denied claims, submits corrected claims when necessary, and reports anomalies to supervisor
  • Works with third party payers on billing problems, denials and requests for information
  • Communicates with patients regarding issues affecting payment such as coordination of benefits, third party payers, Medicare replacement plans, and primary care physicians
  • Researches outstanding claims, corrects errors, communicates with payer, and resubmits for payment
  • Handles client billing complaints professionally and expeditiously
  • Prepares financial records for release when requested and authorized
  • Has knowledge of sliding scale discount procedures and adjusts accounts as necessary
  • Provide support to the billing team as needed

CR Fayetteville Celebration Place Ministry Coordinator

Campus: CR Fayetteville

Purpose: Oversee the children’s ministry of Celebrate Recovery at Fellowship Fayetteville, providing safe care and God-centered curriculum for children attending Celebration Place that follows the Celebrate Recovery curriculum and allows for whole family healing.

Hours: part-time, salary, 20 hours/week

Leadership responsibilities:

  • Curriculum: Organize and Prepare weekly curriculum and supplies for Elementary and Pre-K for 52 weeks of the year. Work to update and improve current curriculum offering in conjunction with Rogers CR.
  • Worship: Ensure the diffusion of CR culture into the worship experience in CP. Oversee that leaders are equipped to run necessary audio/video elements for worship as well as the execution of worship in CP.
  • Leader Recruitment and Shepherding: Recruit Godly, loving and dedicated leaders for Fall and Spring semesters as well as Summertime fill-in leaders to help alleviate the burden of college kids leaving. Develop and shepherd a core team of CP volunteers, including trusted coordinators to help share the load of leadership.
  • Family Equipping: Help come alongside and equip families at CR to walk with their children in their hurts, hang-ups, and habits. Provide encouragement, resources, and support for families to better lead and disciple their children.
  • Outreach/Inreach: Partner well with Fellowship Elementary Ministries to help equip and encourage families in our greater church body through providing resources, care, and strategic partnerships. Help keep the message of CR’s impact on families in front of our church and community.

Ministry Production Technician

Purpose: To support and enhance the technical production capabilities of our ministry. This role serves as the primary technical resource for our ministry, ensuring all audio, video, and lighting (AVL) systems operate effectively for worship services and events.

Leadership Responsibilities (previous experience preferred)

Key Responsibilities

  •  Act as the primary technical resource for the ministry, ensuring alignment with ministry goals and activities·
  • Oversee all AVL (Audio, Video, Lighting) technical production for ministry events and services· Program all AVL equipment and manage stage setups for weekly adult celebrations in coordination with worship leaders
  • Manage livestream processes including programming for weekend services and editing video/audio for YouTube and website uploads
  • Recruit, train, and lead a team of volunteers to support technical production needs
  • Participate in​ training programs to enhance volunteer skills and engagement
  • Collaborate with the centralized tech team to ensure standardization and support for all technology purchases
  • Provide training to congregational ministries on AVL equipment for ministry events
  • Conduct regular maintenance checks on all technical equipment

Required Qualifications

  • Experience with audio mixing consoles, video systems, and lighting programming

Bentonville Kid's Time Classroom Leader

Campus: Bentonville

Purpose: To lead and oversee children in a classroom setting. Infant thru Pre-K.

Hours: part-time, hourly

Weekly Schedule: Tuesdays 8:45-11:45am; 5:30-8:45pm

Leadership responsibilities:
