Class Guidelines

Guidelines for Child Check-in

Be sure to check the guidelines below before you attend. This information will tell you what to expect and how you can help us keep everyone safe and healthy as we teach our children how to follow Jesus.

  • If your child or anyone in your home has had a cough, shortness of breath, difficulty breathing, fever over 100.4 or chills, muscle pain, sore throat, and new loss of taste or smell in the last 48 hours, please stay home.
  • At the first sign of any of the above symptoms, the sick individual will be sent home.
  • Notify us if/when any member of your immediate family has been diagnosed or directly exposed to someone diagnosed with COVID-19 within 48 hours of attending.

  • We will do our best to remain socially distanced during the check-in process.
  • Please limit your child’s belongings to what they will need for one hour and make sure all items are labeled.
  • Please do not send any snacks as we will not be serving food during class time.

  • Only one parent/guardian will be able to pick up and must present the security tag at the classroom door.
  • Parents are encouraged to exit the building once they have their kids.
  • Please do not stay in the hallways for long amounts of time.

During Class Time

  • The number of children in each class or theater will be limited to follow COVID guidelines.
  • We will minimize the sharing of supplies.
  • Food will not be served except for those children requiring bottles.
  • Leaders will sanitize classrooms following COVID guidelines.
  • A limited touch policy will be encouraged. Instead of high-fives, fist-bumps, and hugs, we will encourage elbow bumps and air hugs.

Cleaning Rooms

  • Tables, chairs, countertops, doorknobs, and other hard surfaces will be disinfected between services.
  • All toys, books, and other items will be limited in each classroom. Used items will be put into a bin and sanitized to be ready for the next service.

Guidelines for In-Person Worship Services

We are so thankful to be back together! We invite families to attend together as we will not offer children’s classes or student services at this time. The Elders will continue to prayerfully monitor the situation in cooperation with state and local officials to determine when it is safe for our staff, volunteers, students, and children to conduct these services. Our livestream services will continue to be available each week for those who feel uncomfortable attending, or those with underlying medical conditions.

We ask that you cooperate in wearing masks, social distancing, and washing/sanitizing your hands regularly. We don’t want an outbreak of the virus among our congregants or our staff! The threat of this disease is not over, but as one medical professional told me, “We are going to have to learn to live with this virus until an effective vaccine is developed.” Hopefully, that will be soon. Or better yet, let’s continue to pray that God will intervene on our behalf.

Guidelines for registering for and attending services, as well as service protocol videos, are below.

What we need from you:

  • Reserve your seat at (Capacity is limited).
  • Check your temperature before leaving home.

  • Wear mask at all times while on our campuses.
  • Maintain social distancing from others not in your party.
  • Wash/sanitize your hands regularly.
  • Worship as a family. No children/student services will be offered at this time.

What you can expect:

  • Our worship venues are sanitized regularly.
  • Bathrooms and entry doors are sanitized after each service.
  • Ushers will guide you to seats with proper social distancing.
  • Offering plates will not be passed. You can give in-person in our offering boxes (see maps below) or give online.
  • For services observing communion, elements will be available in prepackaged containers as you walk into the worship center.

Fellowship Rogers exists to help you in your journey toward genuine life-change through an authentic relationship with Jesus Christ. It is our passion to help equip and empower you to express that relationship in transformational ways to others around you. How? It’s a simple plan that begins with worshiping together and gathering in small groups.

Worship Together

We invite you to join us this weekend as we worship together in spirit and truth around Biblical teaching, singing, prayer, communion, baptism, and sharing stories of how God is changing our hearts and lives.

Navigating a new church can be intimidating, but we’re here to help you feel at home! It’s as simple as walking through the door, and we’re here to help you with the rest.

Gather in Small Groups

We all need to be known, loved, and surrounded by others who will encourage and support us as we navigate life and grow in our faith. We believe this happens best in the context of a small group - a place to belong, grow, and serve within our cities and neighborhoods. Children experience small groups during their services on Sunday mornings, and students and adults gather in small groups in homes throughout the week. We want to help you flourish in your season of life and small groups are foundational to accomplishing this in a meaningful way!
